About Rhodes Rumble

Rhodes Rumble (Formerly known as Battle at the Lakes) is the premier clinic and contest in the Greater Houston Area. Founded in the Fall of 2018, Rhodes Rumble has provided percussion programs of all sizes and skill levels the opportunity to work with some of the best and experienced educators in the activity.

Competing ensembles are provided a 30 minute slot of time to perform their show for our 3 clinicians. Following their performance, groups will be given a 15-20 minute clinic where our 3 clinicians will work directly with the students and directors.

In addition to the clinic, every group will receive feedback through our competition suite software, a recording of their performance, and a full ensemble picture following the conclusion of the clinic!

We hope that you consider registering for the contest this year!
